I do K in a very dark room, by myself, no music, safe, (I'm experienced) phone unplugged. I do about 10 big lines over 45 minutes. Keep eyes completely still, open just a little. Body perfectly still lying down on couch. Then the fun begins, you will be transported thru worlds that are AMAZING to say the least. Like being on a circus ride, flying over tree tops in a stage coach making a stop over on a pond, looking at all the stars, then your off again to a new place...AMAZING!!!

Ok, seriously, my pro opinion; if you are going to do it, read up everything you can on it first. Then, my advice would be to not go crazy with it. Also, if you drink a few beers and have a small line of K or two, you'll probably be ok, but I don't recommend it at all.
