I don't think they'd call the next one the "iPhone 5", the 4S is already the 5th iPhone,making the next phone the 6th, therefore calling it 5 won't match sequenced naming, besides, there's No "iPhone 2" but the 2nd was called 3g based on its network, so in my opinion the next iPhone (6th overall) after iPhone 4S MIGHT be called 4G, then maybe after that they'd go back to the naming in sequence for the iPhone 7 (7th), skipping 5, just like Microsoft with windows 7 when there was no "Windows 6"

I don't think they'll have an iPhone 5 cause they don't have many new things to put into it. Think about it, the iPad 2 didn't have anything the iPhone 4 didn't have so I doubt we'll see an iPhone 5 for some while. Also, they just released the iPhone for Verizon not too long ago and new iPhone 4 buyers on Verizon won't throw any money towards a somewhat "updated" device.

I foresee iPhone 4G, and adding 4G capability to the iPhone 4, which, if I'm not mistaken, is only a 3G phone. It will cost $100 more, offer no other upgrades, and yet people will still line up days in advance to waste $1000 on a Goddamn PHONE.

It is my personal opinion that not getting an Android was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I would have still gotten an iTouch, but I really don't like the OS as a phone OS.

There was a leak of the iPhone 5 where the upgrade for some reason featured a slide out full keyboard. Why a keyboard? Who knows, I like the idea because I don't do well with full on touch screen. The leak though was just of the skeleton of the next iPhone, they may or may not do this, it may be something they are considering but might trash for an OS upgrade instead. Only time will tell.

apple is so cheap. I betch you they had the technology to make the ipad 2 when the ipad 1 came out but no they decided to make an overpriced ipod touch. So now they update the ipad. Sure it's good, but a .7mp camera? They always do this. I use to think the same way and I can say once I got a Mac, my computer has outlasted my pc or any pc that I have seen. Rarely do I hear about a pc lasting longer than 3 years without significant repairs done to it.

I will say that I think other than the Mac Pro and the Mac Mini, all the macs are well priced now. I think however that they use to be overprice and the reason was how much of the marketshare they own. They own more so the prices are lower, but they still don't hold nearly the amount that PC has
