I love it when movies are weird and different, and most of all I love Dong Won, I desided to watch this movie only because he acts in it, I watched his other movies and he is not only good looking but also a great actor

P.S. If you did not watch "Temptation of Wolves" you have to, it will surley make you cry.

An old, old story done with a lot of style that didn't help it in any way. It feels like the creators of this movie put a lot of effort on creating a unique look and atmosphere but none on the story. Case in point: the manner in which the girl died. An accident on the night they were supposed to meet? That 's so old.

If you're looking for a sad, nostalgic love story about remembrance and forgetting, but done more coherently, i recommend 'Socrates in Love'.

Its a sad love story. Sorta teaches you that sometimes you gotta learn to move on even if your love has passed on.

This movie is about Kang dong won being a writer and writing a story about a character. All of sudden his having all these vivid dreams that he couldnt tell from reality or if he was just dreaming.

He has forgotten all about his first love who has died and was dreaming about her in his dreams. Thats why she said in his dreams (at the end) " i can only love you by leaving you".

the first half was so slow i kept having to think if i should finish it because i didnt kno what to expect but im glad i watched it. this is brilliant and sad. its just him coping with letting go of his first love, that died in the past. he couldnt sleep because of the thoughts in his mind of her.

I think part of the enjoyment is the interpretive progress of the individual watching it. Clue # 1: the bartender is not just the bartender. Clue # 2 the main character's dream-world is sort of a portal that allows him to rediscover his past and reconnect w/ Mimi. There are clue in the scenes, e.g. a camcorder, or a duplicated scene ( kind of a de ja vu) where the main character loses control over his emotions and in exaggerated expressions reveal his honest thoughts, probably a dream.

However, I don't believe you're suppose to dismiss the dream-scenes. For purpose of the movie, the dream-scenes are equally "real" to both characters. It's kind of asking: why do we limit our experiences to that of the conscious physical world? If we experience love in dreams, is that not love too?

Clue # 3, who is the guy that his constantly chasing Mimi? Is Mimi really being chased or is she reacting that way b/c she is refusing to acknowledge something.
