Hi. I keep getting a blue screen error when I m trying to launch different apps and each time I have to take the battery off and sometimes the internet doesn't work so I have to restart the phone. It's pretty annoying. How can i undo the upgrade? Must I install the previous version the same way?

@HeyitBigPaddy hello. i dont know do you fix it, but i had the same problem. I fix it when i removed my battery, put the phone into downloading mode and the started the multiloader and uploaded only the FOTA file from the mnu. and that is. hope i helped :)

@uraganat don't worry I went to to a phone repair shop I know very well with a Samsung engineer that works there he flash the device for me and put bada 1.2 back on.

Didn't you earlier said XPKJ1 to be for S8500? Well I was facing problems with it. It show's that its connected to the usb and is charging, even when there is no usb! And many times it starts connecting and disconnecting and keeps on doing this until I remove the battery! Plus it doesn't restarts after that! Lots of headache cuz of this. Please tell how is this version XXKK5? Is is stable?

@rakshitguglani this is the first time , as far as i know, that someone has this kind of a problem... about xxkk5 i think that it is more stable than the previous version but xpkj1 for me seemed a bit smoother... try flashing again with xpkj1 and if the problem continues try xxkk5

Guys at samsung India can't help as my phone is australian model, and the fags at samsung don't touch it :P I will be selling this wave soon and will get an iPhone :D

Phone memory got full n Sms's were going to sim, when i deleted Msgs from phone memory, It still goes to sim. Plus the keyboard, many a times, doesn't pops up.

@rakshitguglani yeah in my opinion u should upgrade cause as far as i know (and tested) the problems that you face have been gone on the new firmware, but there are some minor bugs with the browser and some lag at the market...

@Ionaras13 when i plug it again, the screen turns blue 5 seconds later. When i press the buttons to put it on "download mode" the screen tuns black and blue again. After 30seconds to 1 minutes it turns black and blue. It's non stop looping like this .

@TikiGulf when u try to put your phone on download mode is it plugged on your pc? If it is try to do it without being plugged in and vice versa. Also do u have in any way the opportunity to find if the battery charged? P.s. i dont know exactly what ur problem is but i try to help u as far as i can... :-)

@sexykoushik i am not entirely sure cause samsung decides if and when they release a version of firmware to a country, and kies is a software from samsung . If 1.2 is not available through kies now you have to wait so the release it.

@1TheAsad just change a usb port and flash it again, and you will be ok and yes u can recover to an older version of bada bad you have to find the exact firmware and flash it but in my opinion bada 2 is the best so far

@Ionaras13 thanks man. it worked. but it keeps showing some bug esp. when a new app is run or many tabs in internet is run the error is a greenish blue screen which unknown language, need phone to be restart, and then it shows a dark screen which says in yellow text "upload to pc".

do you know how to fix this?

further, have you tried WM_7 or android on wave 2 ? what do you say about them and are they bug free?

@1TheAsad first of all your welcome and i am glad to know that i helped, now about the "upload to pc" message i can not do anything cause it is an option for the debuggers in order to debug the firmware (cause as you may know this is beta firmware). Finally, i have personally tried to flash my wave 1 on android and apart from being a pretty difficult process when you finally made it you understand that it is as buggy as hell and you cant make call use the sensors etc.
