i look these episodes now and although its a soap opera i dont know i feel sorry for rick lol at first i hated him but after that thing with phoebe it was kinda moving.i mean its like steffy ruined his life.at first he was blamed for murder and even now they all forgave him in the end he is totally left out from everything.his job in the forester he is chasing jackie but with no resaults and he is feeling like shit.he is like amber ev blames him but u feel sorry for him

I felt really sad and sorry for everyone in this situation, but they couldn't blame Rick for it. It was an accident. Rick never meant to hurt Phoebe. If Taylow can drive drunk, kill someone and then cover it up and then move in with the widow and his daughter, and thats perfectly forgiven, so why couldn't this be? Rick wasn't even drunk. Phoebe was acting like a maniac in the car. Someone should have told Ridge all of this.

I absolutely agree with phoenics1908. Stephanie has NO moral ground. I believe she never did. And i hate that everyone blamed Rick. It was NOT his fault. Phoebe wasn't wearing a seat belt, she was the one to cause him to swerve off the road. this story plot was sickening and made the "Forrestor family" look like stupid hypocrites, especially Ridge and Stephanie.

She got into the car of her own free will. As i recall, Rick told her not to get into the car in the first place. Ridge and Stephanie only blame Rick because he is a Logan. If Steffy or Ridge was in the car, no one would be blaming them. I have a heart, but i don't like it when things aren't fair.

it's so sad that phoebe died! I mean, she was my fave female character (thomas being my fave male character hehe XD) but personally, I don't think these actors have had much experience with acting sad. it looks forced... or too corny or something... and when someone dies, you wouldn't talk as much as they did. u would probably be very quiet all the time, trying to take everything in. her death wasn't convincing among the other characters.... except maybe taylor. I think she was convincing
