for me you don't really need to overclock you video card as i was saw

you clip. i saw that you have a 3gb of ram and i guess either 512mb or 1bg of graphic card.. it is better to change you OS to xp its better to play games on windows XP.. try to used dual boot so that you can install 2 OS at a time.. XP and Windows 7.

Mate, when I go on atitool all i see is 'default' how did u get the 'GAMING' setting, also the reason i'm doing this is to be able to play GTA, because it lags, in order to play it i need to overclock my cpu, how do I overclock my CPU? this video does'nt help at all.

Go with 10mhz steps and after each increase stress test the card (by playing a game). Find the highest setting where it is stable.
