Hugo giving him a book was very disrespectful in my opinion,but I think Obama is going out of his way to be diplomatic.Obama should find the line between diplomacy and allowing himself to be made fun of. The book was not disrespectful at all. Because friends can give any book to each other as a criticism. Peaceful people trust there is a higher good purpose outside the criticism of a critical book, in the form of another culture's (not USA) book that is critical about the West.
