That being said, the problem is that record companies direct all of their attention to kids with disposable income. i'm 40 and i still want to buy good music and see bands. One of my favorite memories of my whole life....

When my son was about 3 (late 80s), I would be crankin' this song, and my kids loved it. When he'd sing along with the chorus, he'd say "thump-ee-iz-a-wize-oh!" (.. smoke, she is a risin' =). My boy's in his mid-20s now, and a bad-ass guitar player. We still love to chuckle about that. I'll text it to him out of the blue once in a while, and he busts up. =)
