@jm6piglet Go as early as you can. Me and my friends arrived at 12.30. Shortly after the police began to let us enter. I had one sandwich in my pocket and a small bottle of water, which I did last until midnight, drinking in small sips. The problem is that if you leave your spot to go to the restrooms, you can't return. So you have to keep it! I succeeded, others did not ... and used their bottle :) Dress warmly, in layers.
The most memorable NYE I have ever attended! Have fun! :)
LOL! thanks for the tip, i thought u couldnt take in any food or water?
We are from Miami, FL so I'm more worried about surviving the cold than the hunger or bathroom needs! haha :)
and were you able to see any of the performers from this location or is the
stage you see on tv" at a different place than the ball drop?

@jm6piglet The ban is for alcohol...I'm pretty sure of that ;) Ah, and no backpacks.
I only have seen one of the guy from tv...all the rest on the big screens...The main stage was close to Mc Donald's, but was fun equally to be there!
