Usually track workers require some sort of authority to be on or near the track while working (at least in the US)

Preventing trains from entering the work area. Also, do you know how much PAIN you would be in after "landing" on the rails of the opposite track? surely much more pain than you would have your wits back in 2 seconds to jump from a train on that track. And then to jump right over onto the other rails, and also get back up? Nah. gotta be a fake.

1.Railway maintenance is mostly done at night when there are no trains

2.When railway maintenance is done during the day rail services are less frequent and it would be done in teams of no less than 5

3.Its just very obvious when you se how far he jumps first time

Nice try, but your reasoning is lacking. if that were true everything outside would either be completely black (in shadow) or completely lit (in direct sunlight). Reflections and translucent surfaces allow for shadows within shadows. I actually know who this video is of (not that I expect anyone to believe that on the internet)
