A rotary engine makes pistons cry believe me when I say this I had a turbo II and it was a sick car but now I have a SRT. The rotary downside is no bottom end torque but it makes up for it in the top end and revs

Maybe if it were TURBO , wen the TURBO kicks in they get sudden boost, but other then that rotaries are just like any other car rev wise.. only that the 12a much prefers the higher revs, where as the 13B produces more torquey revs... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOBBBBBSSSS!!!!! Rotaries have no valve train. V-tech systems only effect the valve timing and nothing else. So why would you think that a rotary (Mazda) has v-tech (Honda)? Learn something about engines FFS. Ya'll probably think a $60 fart can adds 20 horsepower.

but peripheral ports (or any kind of rotary porting) is somewhat similar to vtec by drilling a hole in the combustion chamber to allow the engine to get more oxygen WITHOUT forced injection.

Not really. Vtech only changes the valve timing at higher rpm's. Honda was the first to make it popular. Other types are Toyota's Vvt-I, Porsche's VarioCam etc. There is nothing else Vtech does. It's all cam timing.

Rotaries have sometime that is like vtec.

Atleast in the 6 port motors. Its called the 5/6th ports.

I know the Renesis had variable intake port timing. It basically was supposed to improve low end torque and open up the extra ports for high end horsepower, that sounds like the rotary equivalent to variable valve timing to me.

My car needed just freeflow airfilter, hks ssqv dumpvalve, 3 inch exhaust without catalysator and better flowing manifold. Voila, there ya have it, big flames, about 20 inch in diameter.

Ps. Mines 200sx s14, not a rx7, though
