I was a part of the first 300 people.. I was on the bridge looking right at the stage where the Today show was doing interviews... It was the second most amazing day of my life right after the birth of my son. My husband was the first one to notice Daniel getting interviewed and after we verified that it was him I started a chant of his name AND HE ACTUALLY TURNED AND WAVED!!!! Just came back from there. Was there on Wednesday, June 23rd. It was just fantastic and very surreal to be standing there. It felt like you were really on a movie set or an actual village. It was very very very cool.

It was strange though to have snow covered buildings and hot and humid weather at the same time. Ha Ha....very very hot conditions. It was crazy. Lines everywhere.

When it was the evening, it cooled off and was much nicer to walk through...

I'm sickened by the way people are talking about the children that won the opportunity to come to the park and meet everyone. There were four winning classes, the 1st graders were the grand prize winners. It doesn't matter when the books started coming out, they start reading them young. My sister started reading the books at 7 years old. These kids were amazing and so excited. I got to see their reactions as they walked into the Wizarding World for the very first time. They worked very hard.
