I didn't say that he supported Taliban. Yaar honestly I think Imran is traumatized by the 71 debacle still. He said so in one program that he supported the 71operation but because of its result he doesn't support military operations anymore. What he needs to understand is that sometimes it is necessary to choose between the lesser of two evils. No body wants our army to be used in Pakistan but some times there is no alternative. Yes it is painful but the world is not black.and white.

Don't get me wrong, Imran is the cleanest and most honest politician in Pakistan right now and he is the only one I'm going to vote for the coming elections. But he is somewhat naive when it comes to internal security matters. No one is better judge of a military situations than the army. No one can tell the army how to conduct an operations. This is the same mistake Hitler made during the WW2. He took all the decisions about army operations himself, bypassing the military high command.
