This was The Lettermen's debut record onto the charts...

It was featured in the movie "Swing" and won the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1936...

My mother was a huge Letterman fan (Tony Butala is from our hometown and knew my family). Mama lloved this song...I can't believe she has been gone 5 years and I think of her every time I hear this now. Mama, we miss you..wish there was a way to telephone heaven and tell you we love you.
