A song is never about hitting the high notes, it's about telling a story and stirring the soul with a beautiful voice. When you compare Charice to Whitney, and in the process put Whitney down, you are also pulling Charice down too, because you ar offending Whitney fans, like myself, whose voice in her prime is unmatched by no other.  In fact, without Whitney, and Whitney singing the songs she sang, Charice would not be where she is today.
