Im sure he's not implying that ol Sarah is a bad American or Alaskan. I think that he's simply declaring that she happens to love it in the ass and might benefit from engaging in an "eiffel tower" with Barak and Biden. A woman can be both an good American as well as get double teamed proper from time to time and love it. Must these ideas be so diametrically opposed? I dont think so.
