I'm not sure if you still have the boots of blinding speed, been a while since you got them. However, it seems like you're wearing the magicka resist cuirass. If you put on the boots with magicka resistance it'll negate some of the blindness so you can travel to places faster.

Movement speed is also influenced by how much you are carrying. Drop all of your equipment and streak around; you'll move much faster! :D

i think that in morrowind you can get back your stuff too.. its in a chest in the nearest prison or somethin...

Also at 17:15 the reason you were slower there than normal was b/c you were walking/running against the wind. Believe it or not that can slow you down to. :x

i wouldn't have retried after he tried to arrest you. What happened was you accidently attacked the Redoran Guard that's why he was arresting you. But the amount of god to pay that off is nothing. Unless you were worried about having your stolen goods(if you have any) taken from you that were valuable or useful. It's a mistake obv and u didnt mean to attack the Redoran Guard but i think the fine for assault is like 40 gold or something.

Most of things I'm carrying are stolen. Last time when I was trying to recover confiscated things, it ended very badly. See 'failowind' for more info)
