I was 13 when I saw that show back in 1996. I watched it every day after school on a public broadcast channel. I wasn't even interested in ladies at that age (I was 14 when I started having "those feelings"), but I still watched the show because I thought Ellen Thomas was gorgeous. I wonder what she does these days.

God, Ellen Thomas is/was the HOTTEST woman I ever saw on ANY of these aerobics shows! I still play my HOA video once in a while - I just make sure I have a box of tissues handy!

They still aired this every morning when I was in high school....I would wake up every school day my senior year at 6am to do this, and lost 15 lbs. Go Hooked on Aerobics, wish you were still on.
