China's police are on order not to beat Tibetans even if attacked.

They should learn from U.S. police and beat the crap outta tibettan rioters when attacked.

They were totally out of control. That same guy, undercover police cop, also tackled and threw someone to the ground prior to him assaulting that man. See the video posted at the Biennialist link. Very violent to peaceful people, and one or two bad cops provoke the rest of the police to conduct themselves contrary to the law and erratically.
