I have respected these commentators from Britain for years, they nail it every time. Jeremy even on a not so perfect day is a joy to watch. A real skaters skater.
You can see that Abbott is not 17 anymore. He's just not doing some choreographic moves without really understanding and feeling the meaning of the music and of those moves. He very obviously knows what he is doing, and he makes the viewers feel it too. And that's what makes the difference, because the choreography itself is not anything extra spectacular (imho). But sometimes even the most complex and original choreography can seem like nothing when the skater doesn't feel it.

He is drawn to the music as we're to his performance. The costume really fits the program. Not over the top but not too tamed.
