  • 12345....67891011121314151617181912022222324252627282920

    Wrong you FW

  • 5 seconds? someone can't count

  • @Mutterjunge, that's the joke.

  • @1Morey

    oh ok haha

  • Damn that was better than the movie

  • better than the movie.

  • I liked it!

  • i thought it was good and funny so screw haters

  • *thunk* *thunk* *thunk* *thunk* *pew* AHH! *pew* *pew* *pew* Now that's aggravatin'. *pew* Uh..eh..uh...I..I believe you have my stapler. Dude you have a bone sticking out of your arm. I knew that whenever I got there he'd be there......and then I woke up. Ah, see that, that's aggravatin'. Look at that f*ckin bone. ...now waiting for massive thumbs down/spam, and comments saying how much of an idiot I am for quoting the entire video,
  • look at that fuckin bone

  • Kind of ruined with the added voice overs.

  • I lol'd at the stapler quote

  • was funny at first but then...

  • I almost died laughing at 0:15 ... seriously I almost died

  • life doesn't follow the beginning middle end sequence of movies

  • Am I the only one that didn't like this movie? (Not this video but No Country For Old Men in general) The plot was so thin and very little happened, then the main character dies out of nowhere. Why the fuck does everyone like this movie? The only cool thing about it was the way the latino guy killed people with that air tank.

  • @lasoogneypubes I agree, it's one of the movies that creates more questions than answers. And the ending is so... unsatisfying and confusing.

  • @50033836 Yeah that's how I felt. There was so much hype but so little substance.

  • Don't be too harsh with yourself, it started quite well but then it got so strange, but funny anyway.

  • this sucks

  • @Christianporod1

    Sure does!

  • When I watched this movie, I always thought it was a big nail gun the baddie had or something. When I found out out it was supposed to be a SILENCED SHOTGUN, a little bit of the gun nut in me died.

  • @zanuha It's actually a device used to kill cattle.

  • I should have left everything else out, and left the last 15 seconds in, without the audio clip at the end.

  • Hate this video, wish I didn't upload it. The delivery of it is all wrong.

  • @barfingjake you can delete it if you don't like it, i thought it was funny

  • @barfingjake then take it down and work on it... or do you not wanna lose 50K views? Choices, choices... :)

  • @barfingjake No way man - the Milton thing made me laugh harder than I have in years.

  • @barfingjake you can delete it if you hate it so much.

  • @thekingoffunnyfaces

    Nah. Doesn't matter.

  • @barfingjake youtube brother it is good of you to admit that. Refreshing for those of us with more critical minds than the average faggot moron who looks at youtube vids for their comfort food. Thanks for being so real, man. And god bless and merry christmas.

  • This stuff is the reason Internet OWNS TV.....TV aint this funny besides a few shows anymore.

  • If it's not in 5 seconds or close to it, it's not funny. This is really dumb.

  • I BELIEVE YU HAVE MY STAPLER

    LMAO

  • ROFL MILTON

  • "Lilk at tha fuckin' bone"

  • excuse me i belive you have my stapler XD

  • @chubbymosher700 It's from the movie Office Space.

  • @patto001 well as you probably didn't even read my response clearly, I have never read the book, and didn't know it was based upon one. and yes they were too lazy to think of an ending, um hello, I want to watch a movie with a full story, not a fucking cliff hanger! and it's obvious that u just hate the video so go bitch to someone who cares. Also if you hate the internet so much why are u on here asshole? come up with an interpretation my ass

  • ahahahaha milton!!!!!

  • Lol the milton part cracked me up

  • I DIDN T like this film

  • wtf was tommy lee jones sayin? he sounded like Boomhower from king of the hill.

  • @gardengrowsevenonefo

My brother said the exact same thing while watching this last night, and I could not take Ed Tom seriously for the rest of the film.

"I tell you hwhat maaayn, thas dang ol' aggravatin' maaayn."

  • i want the weapon of the bad

  • milton reference omfg

  • Rofl at Milton

  • lol well that was a lot more than 5 seconds.

  • any vid making fun of that stupid movie is funny in my book. When your watching it you might think ooh this is such a good movie, but step back for a moment and look at the big picture of it. number one, the guy kept going south, when HELLO he should have gone north where he'd be safe with a lot more cops. and they didn't give you an ending, I really hate movies that do that. ppl tell me that it makes you think, and it makes me think the writers were too lazy to think of an ending!

  • office space

  • Shotgun + Supressor = Win

  • LOL!...... "Loog at that fuggin bew'n!"

  • lol the Office Space part is hilarious

  • 0:15 is awesome!

  • i call it the plunger

  • What the fuck is that wepon?!

  • silenced shotgun.....Ooooooooooooh Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

  • @SirBearization

He also uses a Captive Bolt gun to knock out the locks.

Powered by a compressed air cylinder it's normally used for killing large farm animals for slaughter, it uses the gas pressure to fire a big steel bolt through even the thickest skulls, destroy the brain, then retract.

A highly adapted device for killing quickly and efficiently.

  • - and that bolt gun makes that stupid movie even more stupid...

The worst part: it pretends to be rooted in reality. Oscar for that garbage production confirmed that the Academy makes mistakes, and that Hollywood is in crisis, as well as Coens' creativity.

Upcoming Oscars will have touch job deciding where the Oscars should go, because 2009 was as bad as 2007.

  • @BlisterHiker

Err this film doesn't make any more claims to be "based in reality" than any other film. Who cares about anal details of the proper use of a captive-bolt gun?

I don't give a fuck what "the academy" thinks, No Country for Old Men is bloody good.

If you don't like it then show me a film that covers this subject matter better! Put up or shut up I say.

  • @Treblaine

This film doesn't make any more claims to be based in reality than any other film?

How many movies besides this one you watched then?

It is obvious you don't know what you're talking about, but the fact is, the Academy makes mistakes. Read a little on this subject and you will find many examples that critics all over the world agree shouldn't be recognized by such prestiguous award.

Well, enjoy that stupid violence, but not too much...

  • I meant "prestigious", of course.

  • @BlisterHiker

What part of "I don't give a fuck about the academy" don't you understand?

I was recommended 'No Country' by a friend and liked it purely on the film itself and I know many other people who have seen it and by themselves concluded its greatness

BTW, how about you read up on the concept of "creative licence", this isn't a freaking physics class, who cares about whether a captive-bolt gun is practical?

  • Did you think it was about a tank that our antagonist carries around, I guess to be more "stealthy"?

There are more technical issues that crap suffers from, which made me wonder why the heck so many people liked it... but there are even worse problems on logical and emotional level.

I know when I should suspend my disbelief to be entertained, but in case of this failed production, it does not work.

Enjoy it all you want, but I prefer something which makes sense, even in its own world.

  • @BlisterHiker

please, do give us an example, you have been bad-mouthing NCFOM for the past three comments with vague criticisms but how about you show me a film that does this rough subject matter better?

I saw the freaking movie, I saw how he use the captive-bolt gun, certainly within the plot it was just fine.

I mean what next, are you going to bad-mouth Star Wars for how implausible a lightsabre is?

  • i agree

  • How's the weather up on your high horse?

Get a fucking grip and stop thinking you're better than anyone else because you see the 'art' in a film. It's meant to make you think, maybe give you a kick or two. Not anything more than that.

  • @HardingBMG

Enjoy the kick that crap gave you.

Yes, it made me think... I was thinking how in the world an average movie like hundreds of others one can buy on sale these days, got 4 Oscars...

Technically it was OK. Acting was OK too, but nothing extraordinary.

I suggest you watch "In the Valley of Elah" or "The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada" to find out what brilliant acting is about, and how much more interesting the role ot Tommy Lee Jones was in those movies.

    >

  • >

Watch movies like that to learn what a relevant story and message mean. Those movies will really make you think about our reality, but I'm afraid people like you find thrills in garbage like "No Country" will not be convinced.

It's not about being better. It's about loooking for real values and message, which that "No Country" does not deliver.

It only serves a bunch of STUPID setups to justify subsequent actions. You have a right to enjoy it. I have a right to say what I think about it.

  • .... i count 41 seconds.

  • i really liked this movie, but there are a lot of people saying it sucked, anyone can explain why :)

  • *on floor dying* i believe you have my staple

  • better than the whole film

  • i love the office space reference lol

  • stapler

    lol

  • Wow this style of video has been on here for ever and people STILL don't get that "in 5 seconds" isn't literal?

  • IDIOT!!!!!

  • look get over the "5 second" thing. it doesnt have to be exactly 5 seconds long. u are so stupid if u believe that every 5 second video has to be at most 5 seconds long. GET OVER IT!!!!!!

  • It doesn't have to be exactly 5 seconds, but it should be ABOUT 5 seconds. That's the point. 2-3 lines worth to explain the movie. Not 40 seconds. You could legitimately explain a movie in 40 seconds.

  • Yeah it doesn't have to be five seconds long, but when you put five seconds as an estimate it's usually about 7 or 8 seconds, not 30 seconds

  • lol, Milton.

  • excuse me but i belive you have my stapler!!!??? LOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLL!!!

  • FAIL

  • your life is a fail

  • so is urs because u responded

  • well that's a contradiction in itself

  • Honestly It's a really good movie but if you don't come with an open mind this is what it will seem like at the end. Good video though, pretty funny.

  • haha

  • LOL, that was a good1

  • "In 5 seconds" is merely emphasising the fact that the video is a short summary. Not that the video is literally 5 seconds long.

That would be like taking "Back in 1 second." Seriously

  • Analogy of the year!!!

  • @Hedonist83 I'm sorry but there's a lot of "movie in 5 sec" videos on YT that actually last 5 seconds (or less)

  • more than 5 seconds

  • Any one who says that is a fucking idiot. But then again this isn't the best one

  • I believe you have my stapler?

  • 0:14 Is f*ng hilarious XD

  • yo what did he shoot out of that wierd tank thing

  • pressurized air

  • nope...it was a small metal bar which pops out and then straight back in. Sheriff describes it to carla jean in a diner in the movie. alot of people don't seem to realise that hes actually talking about antons weapon. not sure if HE realises it though

  • "Look...at the fuckin bone"

  • i counted 30490 seconds

  • i hated the parts with tommy lee jones... maybe that makes me simple or whatever but they were so boring compared to Anton Chigurh

  • Yes Anton Chigurh was awesome, but Tommy Lee Jones was the balance between the two characters. THe Great thing about Ed Tom is that he was the moral spokesman, if you will; recounting the changing times and the increase in violence.

  • mmm pretty bad

  • GAY

  • The movie in about a hundred words: The lead characters aren't the guy who found the money or the psycho chasing him; the main character is Tommie Lee Jones, it's told from HIS prespective, and it's about the world gone to hell. You're welcome!

  • thats more like 30

  • Why is that "world gone to hell" plot different here then Fargo? Just wondering honestly.

  • Because Fargos' kidnappers/victim/victim's husband tale WAS the main plot. Basically it was just a couple of incompetent goofballs and a loser husband with what, gambling debts? (The movie never says how he got into such financial trouble, to where a "finders' fee" of about $15,000 wouldn't be enough to solve his troubles.) And that bimbo policewoman was only a distraction to get laughs, that's all, not a source of depressing wisdom like Tommie Lee Jones was. That's my take, "honestly".

  • I disagree, I think Francis McDormand's character was necessary and perfect. Try to imagine nicer folks than Francis McDormand and her husband, or any more perfect contrast between the peaceful and violence-free home life that most people yearn for, with the rogue, murderous life of Stormare, and of the general underlying current of crime in America.

That is why the line "and on such a nice day too" is the most important one in the film, and why it ends the movie.

  • Yeah, I thought that was really cool how most of the movie was watching the two guys go at it, but it was really about Tommy Lee Jones getting too old to fight crime anymore. Even through the horrible feeling in my stomach this movie gave me I knew this was a kickass deeper-meaning movie.

  • ummmm excuse me i believe you have my stapler

    lol OfficeSpace was hilarious

  • this movie is kind of pointless its about a psycho who kills people =P

  • Is that 5 seconds? Shit video BTW.

  • The "5 Seconds" isn't meant to be taken literally. It's just a different way of saying "this is basically all you need to know/see".

No need to be such a rude prick.

  • Ironically, you're the one who missed the point.

  • Loved the movie but hated the ending.

  • yeah having to think does suck.

  • If you hated the ending, Outlaw, it's probably because you didn't understand the movie, especially the title. The theme of this movie, as told by Tommie Lee, is basically that the world has gone to hell, and will continue to do so. The psycho was allowed to escape as a way of saying, the crazies are still out there, and it's gonna get worse. All the best. PS: I wasn't crazy about the ending myself, the first time I saw it. Then I read the book. My two cents.

  • Roughly, but more accurately it's not that it's getting worse, though that's the characters' impressions, but that you cannot kill fear, will never be able to, and never have been. Fear is an accompaniment to life, and the worst sort of thing you can imagine is always out there in the world, including right now, hurting people as badly as possible. You can only live by the light of a fire amid darkness.

  • ...and i still don't know what the fuck this movie is about!

  • its about a psychopathic killer who kills a lot of people :P

  • oh, thanks for clearing that up. ha ha!

  • Why are all of these "[insert movie title] in 5 Seconds" clips always over 5 seconds long!? lmao

  • it's an expression. It means that it's just really short.

  • i believe u have my stapler funniest part

  • this sucks

  • office space!

  • i believe u have my stapler. haha i watched this ten times it gets funnier every time

  • dude.. i know lol

  • yeh funny as he11 its from the christian slater movie... "he was a quiet man".

  • You should've kept it with the dry 'plops'.

  • that's just cause you're stupid

  • Can u explain it to me then!?!??!

  • I have to agree with you completely on that.

  • Awesome.

  • I practically pissed myself laughing when it put the office space overdub in there.

  • lol loving the Milton overdub at 0:17!

  • I don't mind 40 seconds, but can people really not count to 5?

    1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

  • They count it very fucking slow :S

  • That's barely five seconds

  • lol pretty much the whole movie in a nutshell

  • i i believe you have my stapler!

  • awesome

  • not the best 1 seen. but maybe if u could cut it down a bit more then re-post it. it could potentially be hilarious
