  • This from the guy who rigged the Kobiasha Maru.

  • Like I'm gonna be dictated by some fat asshole who couldn't keep his rank as an admiral.

Dear Shat... do you enjoy knowing the fact that 90% of the world's 40-year old virgins are because of your existence?

    :p

  • I loved this game. 1997 had some awesome games and Starfleet Academy was one of them.

  • "Your score wasn't what we hoped for, cadet. Take the mission again and, this time, suck less. You know? L2captain. Dismissed."

  • I love Star Trek, but his makeup and hairpeice are BAD.

  • Kirk pwns the hapless cadet that blows up the friendly ship!

  • I absolutely loved this video game (Star Trek Starfleet Academy). 1997-1998 had some really awesome games. This one, Blade Runner, Starcraft...the good ole days.

  • Its finally happened. He's just too old to play Kirk. I don't even recognise him here.

  • "Lock phasers :D "

DON'T BLOW UP THAT SHIP, CADET!

    "PRICELINE NEGOTIATOR!"

  • his acting is terrible here, i honestly get the impression he did it great and was told to do it really quickly for the sake of CD space, thats why he kinda starts to deliver a line emotionally but hurries along. this was an old game, i bet he saved a much needed 30 megs ; )

  • The younglings not knowing James T. Kirk is amusing.

What baffles me is I don't ever remember seeing this clip anywhere? Where'd it come from. TIA.

  • @AzTrailRider57 It's likely something made in recent years (that's why he looks so old) and part of a CD-ROM video game h ttp : //wn.com/Starfleet_Academy

  • Next time, on Rescue 9-1-1

  • Kirk: "You suck at playing SFA. Get a life." :D

  • What's the excalibur? When was it destroyed?

  • It was a starship that was a part of the M5 wargames during the episode "The Ultimate Computer" (the other starships involved, just for the record, were the Lexington, the Hood, and the Potemkin). The M5 multitronic unit, installed on the Enterprise, malfunctioned and fired full phasers on the sterships, causing damage to all ships, including the loss of all hands (430 people) on the Excalibur.

  • James T KIrk

  • who is this guy again?

  • Captain James T. Kirk. Played by Canadian actor William A. Shatner.

  • I know, i was being sarcastic. Remember Gene Roddenberry? He's from here in my home town. El Paso, TX. -UT

  • Wow, it's the guy from Boston Legal. He's career is really taking off, I'm gonna keep an eye on this kid, has great future.

  • LOL KID? This guy was saving the galaxy while ur granpa was still on diappers... xD

  • "Your score wasn't what we hoped for you idiot, re-do the mission and this time think before you make a complete ass out of yourself, retard."

  • @Credithelper75 Lol, reminds me of the condecending tone you get when you shoot at the Federation starbase.

  • "Your score is inadequate. You'll have to repeat the mission." XD

  • Pause at 0:01

    ITS MUSSOLINI!!!

  • Well, it wasn't Kirk's fault. It was the M5's.

  • I think I should watch "The ultimate Computer" ASAP.

    "This unit must survive".

  • I've watched it recently. Great episode. I can recommend it.

  • WELL mabbie you should give me a Kiss for good luck ^w^

  • lol has kirk been watching simon?

  • Think about your decisions cadet, or your gonna find my boot up your ass! LoL ;-P

  • I didnt know that the Priceline Negotiator was a Starfleet Captain.

  • Kirk sure likes to rub it in.

  • lol this is so bad acting, and the guy is capable of good acting, he must have hated doing it, so just read the autocue, took the money and ran!

  • was this from a game or something?

  • yup Star Trek : Starfleet Academy

  • No emotion?

    I MUST have the flag...

  • I loved the preachy speeches after the missions. Just for fun I would attack absolutely everything - friends and foe alike. Favourite was tractoring a ship a slinging it into a Starbase.

  • Kirk has spoken!

  • "Shtarship"?

  • pause right before the beinging he looks funny lol

  • XD Musolini

  • i love cpnt kirk aka william shantener

  • I have a sudden urge to buy a plane ticket...

  • the EXCALIBUR was an excelsior class starship that you got ahold of in "chekov's lost missions" and there was a animated sequence in which the ship was destroyed! but the speech of kirk concerning the destruction on a fed starship is from the original game, kirk didn't make any appearance in sfa-clm!

  • I thought it was the Columbia. That was the only Excelsior class star ships which gets destroyed in Checov's lost missions.

  • Excalibur was not destroyed but damaged so badly that all lives were lost. The Lexington, Hood and Potemkin survived, all badly damaged but were ordered to attack Enterprise en mass.

  • He rocks. He simply rocks. Do I detect just a touch of T.J. Hooker in his teaching persona...?

  • Hmmm.... I think so...

see the video entitled T.J. Hooker (1982) - PILOT OPENING

  • @Kirok Not bad coming from someone who, in his academy days, was known for being a "stack of books with legs" (according to Gary Mitchell in the 2nd pilot, anyway). =P

  • But I don't remember anything about a SFA Mission with an Excalibur.

  • What's "SFA?" He's tlking about the M-5.

  • SFA=Starfleet Academy. Yes, I remember the Mission with the Klingon M-5 (or MK-5). But I don't remember any ship called excalibur in this Mission. I have the German version.

  • this suposedly shows up when you destroy a friendly ship. and kirk is mentioning an event from a TOS episode where an experimental computer called M5 took over the enterprise and destroyed 2 ships diuring wargames. 1 of them was the Excalibur

  • Ahh, yes, you're right. I remember. "The Ultimate Computer". The Excalibur, the Lexington, the Hood and the Pontemkin were destroyed by M-5

  • no i think the Lexington survived, and im shure the Potemik survived becouse it apeared in a later episode

  • You are correct LDH, Lexington (under command of Com. Bob Wesley), Hood, and Potempkin were damaged, yet survived the encounter with M-5 multi-tronic unit, while USS Excalibur was damaged beyond repair and all hands lost onboard.

  • Let his word be honored forever!

  • Kirk has spoken!
