  • OH WOW! Billions of dollars in revenue?

We're in debt around 6 trillion dollars. It's not going to help shit.

  • This video fails to add the billions that would be saved just from not enforcing the laws that exist right now.

  • i think at the times we r at now the gov just needs to be reminded the worlds best cash crop at this point we should be doing anything we can the make money

  • there is no way to tell the real outcome of this, that is why it is a long term IMPLICATION, meaning a possibility of such an action. but yea i could be dead wrong about it, it is definately good short term for tax revenue and job creation, but i mean personally 2 years back when i was 18-19 i spent every dime I had on weed and this isn't too uncommon for teens. many late cable bills in other words haha. it has good POTENTIAL to put people in debt, but you can say that about any consumer good

  • @smd09876 like i said we need to do anything we can at this point to make money it dont matter if u spent every dime u had on weed dont mean everybody els will and just to think of what all we can make from hemp yes it would take allot of work it would save america we are over 14.3 trillion dollars in dept ANYTHING WILL HELP we are at the point of hyperinflation and nobody wonts that to happen...

  • ok I am 100% for the legalization of weed but there could be long term implications on the economy. this is just theory, but yes the gov't will be earning lots of tax revenue, but the med system for weed now still is expensive, $40-60 per 1/8. I can very easily see many many people in America spending all their money on weed, going into debt, defaulting on payments, then a whole new downturn of economic events. mayb not this extreme but i think the average american's debt will increase.

  • @smd09876 - Didnt happen here in Holland... As a matter of fact, fewer young people smoke weed here than the average in the rest of europe. People aren't gonna start smoking themselves out of their homes just because it's legal. On the contrary, people will stress it a lot less, since now they know the supply is always good and always there. Legalization actually has the opposite effect from what you suggest.

  • Because second hand smoke from the cannabis would affect those around them.

  • it cant directly kill us, the stuff we do when we're high does

  • @KidFunkyFry15 Like sit around watching TV? Yea...sounds dangerous...

  • ughhh i just can't see weed been legalized anytime soon probably won't never happen. I hate drugs anyways.

  • @foxygermangirl123 Weed's not a drug it was put here by God to keep humans enlightened/awake. All the US founders smoked it.

  • @foxygermangirl123 It'll be legalized eventually

  • @polishfreak36 watch?v=QLFmGu57jLI

    no it wont...

  • We need anything we can get the economy back on track and if that relys on marijuana, why not? I mean the stuff is safer then any cigarettes and even safer then alcohol and $30,000,000,000 could be a great support for the economy not just in the U.S but even around the world.

  • i agree strongly. think about this, america is having problems with mexican gangs overturning the US, make weed legale and not only does it get rid of most of the cartel but it will help the economy

  • Ha this in a way is true, the cartel wouldnt disappear with legalizing weed, but its the main way of profit for them, and guess what runs a lot of Mexico.. yup the cartel lol

  • go ahead be a worthless drunk fuck go pass out on the street np np .... but smoke some weed and chill fuck you your a terrorist

  • exactly. why the hell hasn't it been legalized all over the us already? This is big shit for the economy...and not to mention, they were correct about marijuana being better than drinking....... just think. it doesn't fuck up your liver... lol

  • i have been sayin this for a minute now.

a million tons of weed=fixed economy

  • thats a lot of money

save even more with perfectswoop net

  • Ezekiel 34:29 420 nation

  • marijuana can't save the economy. it's all fucked up. the moment pot is legalized it will symbolize the fall of the american empire, like we're saying "Fuck it, Let's get stoned". When alcohol was re-legalized it didn't pick the country out of a depression, but maybe it made people gullible enough to get into world war 2.

  • world war 2 is actually what got us out of the depression

  • no shit dick head. i didn't say it didn't. fuck face

  • you definitely implied that getting into WW2 was caused by alcohol and it was a mistake. And even if that was true, if alcohol=WW2, WW2=out of depression, then alcohol=out of depression. your logic is flawed. oh and chill out dude

  • whatever dude read a fucking book

  • u need to chill out fagit maybe smokin sum weed will chill your bitch ass up.

  • why the hell do you think i made the connection. world war two was awesome! It was so much fun we should do it again!!!!!

  • it wasnt awesome. but it was what the US needed

  • by the way, notice the key word "maybe" in my initial comment meant to convey an air of facetiousness. you're a fucking jackass nimrod

  • yah you stupid gypsy

  • fuck off you fucking redneck piece of shit

  • and my friends you ment , like me i would be able to drop morphine when i did wt suboxone, i got grand mal seizures i think the Drs dident really know how much i was addicted to it even when i told them , an no i don't get it off the streets ! i have many medical problems an Dr s have nothing stronger yo give me unless i was a elephant ? then i could get m-99 a very strong opium extract for get the suboxone ! cannabis can work i tried it , but can't get it , so i'am a lost soul for now anyway...

  • Ok izzystradlin666 , at times i get a littel fucked up on the morphine i'am on , but i see your point but i think at the time i wrote it like that to get someone to ? look again as you did , my real point is to get people wt "MS" on a long lasting mj / or cannabis if one would ingest it orally it can last a long time , i think they would be able to talk better , in a oil like vitamin -e gel caps kind of like rick simson's run from the cure only in a gel cap but thanks for pointing that out to me

  • the medical commuity will never go for

" smoked " mj in another form yes a aerosol inhaler yea smoking no , ingesting / eating yes an

    that's just what we

    should be

    looking " AT "

  • type properly if you actually want to be listened to.

  • ill stay high till the economy gets better if they legalized, in fact ill do just that anyway.

  • Not everyone can grow pot, it's not that easy. Plus people should not do home grows since it can infest your home with mould. It should be legal and it should be regulated. There should be proper facilities to accomidate this. If people can grow well and want to sell it, it should be tested for mould and people should have to apply for growing permit/selling permit. It should be taxed but not so much that it is out of the reach of everyday people. This can happen!

  • ANY GUYS UP?

    lets chat ME

  • the reason why its never gonna happen is that anyone can grow it and the government cant put their nose in every home in america, so they will not be able to get every dollar they can.

  • Anyone can make their own beer too. But given the time and effort it takes, it's easier to just go buy a 6-pack. If weed were legal,I'm sure lots of people would start growing. Defintely more than the beer brewing community. But rest assured, the majority wouldn't bother with the time and effort it takes and will find it easier just to buy it at a store.

  • What's the process for brewing beer? Do you really know the ENTIRE process? Do your friends? Unless you're actually a brewer, you probably don't have the knowledge AND the experience to do it. If you can plant a seed and water it, then you can grow pot. And actually, the war on pot is more about the compulsive acquisition of control, something I think most higher ups in the government suffer from.

  • My point is that it IS possible for anyone to brew their own beer right now. It's not that complicated and many do it. Beer companies are not suffering because of it. The MAJORITY just want a beer and simply buy it from a store. If weed were legal it would be the same thing. Many WOULD grow their own (I know I would) but MOST would just buy pre-packaged/pre-rolled weed from the store. The feds would still get the enormous amount of tax money, just like they do now with alcohol.

  • The Feds would rake in tons of cash, but its more profitable and more enjoyable to sustain the current system. They get court costs, prison costs, so much of which goes into private pockets, and they could never manipulate society like they do now if they legalized it. Its more than money, its power they seek... Crazy assholes.

  • I'd buy it from a store, especially if it came pre-rolled and I didn't have to get my hands all sticky from breakin the shit up and rollin it :)

  • ive been saying this for years. if its taxed half as much as cigarets, the amount of money would be rediculus. not to mention the amount of money that would be saved due to the millions of people in prison every year that tax payers have to support for petty drug offences. its not half as dangerous to a person as tobaco or liquar but they are both legal. even if there was a liscense to grow or sale would bring in billons a year alone.
