Special Feature: Real Boeing 767 Flight Simulator

I've flown in an Airbus A380 simulator before and a Boeing 777 simulator and I'll be flying in a Boeing 747-400 simulator in a few days. All of them were Level D and I could say they were really realistic since I've been in the cockpit of these aircrafts before............

@andy4b767 I'll be honest -- my 2 trips in the 'simulator' as an avid flyer (passenger) gave me a real adrenaline rush. To me, it felt & sounded "real" -- cool stuff. I wanted one for Christmas, but these thing were a lot of money :)

Oh man i'd do anything to do such a thing.. I work at an international airport myself, and get to see the inside of at least one cockpit each day, but i'd really do anything to just take a seat in one of them even for just a minute..

@mrfadi Probably due to the compression of a 30 minute video; I have gotten much better with the compression settings, and YouTube has gotten better on their end as well. Glad you liked it -- what an experience!

@emmanuelchicambi It was part of a fundraising effort to help a children's school. I won the bid at $350 -- so to me, it was a steal to have this amount of time in the cockpit. Amazing.

@elcamaronazo yeah you can still get your pilot license (private license at least) but you might have a problem being hired as a commercial pilot because of your age since airliners look for much younger pilots but yeah you can still fly if you have the money and time

I will fly a Boeing 737-700NG in a full motion simulator here in Belgium soon, that will be nice, I´m a serious Flight Simulator enthusiast so that´s why I want to try it in a real simulator like in this movie. Good job, I prefer the 747-400, my favourite. :)

One question? in those simulators is there any trafic at all? ground or air trafic i mean. is there an ATC simulated controler?

I did not have any air traffic during my session. I am also not sure if the simulator is able to provide 'air traffic' either. Thanks for watching!

Hi - I was an early YouTube director. With a director account, you still had the 100 meg upload limit, but no time limit. So, using H.264 compression, I was able to cram this into 30 minutes with a 46 megabyte file, and it still looks decent! Thanks for watching!
