Funny the term easiest is an obvious opinion statement.  I have never had problems using ANY device without documentation. But then again, I am not an idiot apple user that needs everything to be painted in pictures because I can't read. :)

OS 6 seems to respond better on a non-touchscreen unit, if you watch some 9800 videos with the user scrolling through icon pages it shows noticeable lag.

This phone is on my wishlist.

this guy sounds like he just got his first blackberry.. i have a bold 9000 that had the 'keyboard features' on the web browser running 4.6. theres other keyboard features other than the 't' and 'b' buttons in the browser as well while running 4.6

The iphone has been out for years....yet the Blackberry (especially the Curve) has been the NUMBER ONE selling smartphone in America.

Once you master the BBerry UI you can get to anything much faster than any touchscreen phone...And this is coming from an HTC hero owner.
