You just want HSR cause your union donors need work. A REAL jobs program is simple: give 100k credit to 7mill small businesses w 500 employees or more, and a current tax ID. Banks loan the businesses money to grow. Big business starts spending/hiring to compete. Small bus hires. Each new employee is a new taxpayer, a new consumer, and 1 person less on the govt dole. Oh, but don't do the simple thing and help small businesses and little people. Nooooooo
