Not likely. Most wild game is not legal for sale. I'm not aware of any bear 'farms' designated to sell meat to the public. Best bet is to get with a friend who hunts bear, and offer to trade fish or something for some meat.
Spring bear is lean... fall bears have much more fat, and the meat tends to have a flavor of their diet (bears eating berries makes good roasts!).
As a fellow hunter, I don't have a problem with bear hunting. I do think the smaller bear of the two could have been spared another season or two considering that it looked like a juvenile. I hunt deer bigger than that small bear!

Taste like pork. For the most part we grind them and use a burger or turn them into sausage. Some friends like to smoke them.
Very tasty in the spring. The fall bears might not taste as good if they have been eating fish.
Most folks that I know also turn the hides into rugs or leather.

They make great jerky too. The meat is very tasty, but its really rich. If you eat too much, you can thread a needle at 20 paces.
