Well, in Windows Movie Maker, I got the audio from the Sonic 360 trailer, and while it was a video, I added the "speed up, double" effect to it, then dragged it onto the audio pane. (Sorry if this sounds confsuing! ^-^;)

Yeah, you have to change the storyboard to timeline. What I suggest is that you get a music video for the music, download it, and then bring it into Windows Movie Maker, add the "speed up" effect, then move it onto the audio pane. At least, that's what I did for this video. XD
