And a little birdie mentioned they are not only having trouble selling this property, but that their ideal org has not even begun to be worked upon, though they do have the building.

The BT attached to my left tympanic membrane informed me that this is correct. The Ideal Org (ie: old Time Warner building) has been bought and paid for, but until they can raise the money to renovate (the hoped for selling price of the downtown Org BEFORE the market went south) they are up the proverbial creek.
