@neogunner264 i agree. it is sad, especially hearing it when i get to the tribute room in Halo reach. it's as if Bungie is saying goodbye to the franchise, as well as HBO, Rooster Teeth, etc.

And Bungie having stepped back from Halo as of now, it makes me feel grateful. Grateful that Bungie was able to give us a universe that has bound all of us together, kept us going, and united all Halo fans.

I was one of the many who got to see it, and obviously I was astounded by what I saw. The posters, the signs and all. It was glorious to behold years of Bungie's work, left behind for us to finally look upon.

Aaaahhh. Found this reading about easter eggs on SA. I remember the first time I heard it, in Myth 2. IIRC Madrigal was being attacked by some ancient evil and it looked like there was no way out, this was played in the mission briefing

It is found in Halo 2.

There should be a metal door in the multiplayer map Ivory Tower. Stand next to it to hear the song. It might take a while, and it is very faint, but still there. (If you open up the map file and examine it, you will find the sound files for the song.)

@hobojoeisme It is from Myth, however Myth is far from the first Bungie game made. Marathon was made before that and is more famous. They also made Abuse, Operation: Desert Storm (The last boss is Saddam Hussein's head!), Pathways into Darkness (Very scary), and, best of all...
