Imtanneryo, this was my almost daily experience growing up with an abusive father. Yet, I still believe in God. How? Because it is the corruption of people, not God, that creates this. It is selfishness and pain. I feel sadness for the abusers too because I know that their hearts are also hurting. Possibly God is too silent...but I think it is more of an injustice that we are silent.
