U would be alot better if u got into it instead of looking around u. Get into it, move around and swing the neck around. Not only does it add emotion to ur playing, it also makes it intereasting to watch and make u look better then u r.
Have u ever gone to a concert and the band was just standing there not doing anything but play it perfectly? No. The imperfections that occur during live performances, moving around and really getting into it is what makes the music and gives it emotion.

@stefrotiedits: They are easy, what you do is grip your pick, to how you are holding it...then, you do like you would with a vibrato or a bend, you bend the string, but when you strum the string, brush your thumb lightly across it when you bend...it takes some practice and it took me weeks to get it.

@stefrotiedits oh, when your hitting a note, scrape a tiny bit of your thumb against the string.
idk maybe i could do a video on them. i learned them on an effing aucustic guitar cause i didnt have an electric, but it made me really good at it.
