Dreaded osteosarcoma...our dear Lurcher had this, too, aged about 12..started with a tiny limp which would not respond to rest..well, you know the score..Twiggy was put to sleep at home, and I still have not got another dog..they are such marvellous companions....but will only ever get another greyhoundy type dog. Sorry for your dog's loss.

Mine (labrador) did too, six months ago, but next week I'm addopting my very first greyhound! Can't wait...

Mari died today, April 23rd. He had bone cancer and we put him to sleep. He lived to be 12 and a half, which is good for a big greyhound.
