HELL YEAH!) and one of my brothers friends taught me how to make a taser out of a disposable camera, so its a good way to stay sure of your saftey when meeting people online and it has come in handy a few times when out with my friends around town :P

They have a resource guide for gay groups like social clubs, gay sports clubs like baseball, swimming, running etc. GSAs & other resources. Being in a group that is organized for non-sexual purposes can be fun and you can meet people.
0:55 is baltimore generally homophobic? one of the colleges i'm looking at is peabody, but i want the city to be a safe place to be myself, and if that's a significant problem where you're at, then it's definitely a factor in my decision.,

@Yongo10 How old are you? I think a gay district type of place sounds like a good idea. It can be hard to find good guys but just open yourself up to talk to people. Try to have conversations that are semi-meaningful. Don't be afraid to ask for a guy's number either. The worst thing he can say is no, and at the end of the day at least you won't have that "what if" feeling. I feel like most guys just struggle with fear of rejection and insecurity because of the images of gay men we see on TV.

@Yongo10 So just be yourself and let yourself open up. You won't regret at least getting out there and trying. Also, I advocate Ok Cupid too. I don't really have many gay friends so it's hard for me to make that connection. OkCupid has worked for me in the past though. But I agree that you should make sure that you talk to the guys on there on the phone before meeting them in person. It'll give you a better sense of who they are. Good Luck!
