...oh yeah, and this might sound weird, but when I was little, I was terrified of escalators! I think the reason why is because I had overheard my mom and dad talking about something on the news were a kid got hurt because his shoelaces got caught or something. So for years, I was afraid to ride on escalators. Even now, I always get a tiny bit nervous when I step on the plate at the end. lol

I remember one time when I was a kid, I was taking an elevator with my dad and he explained that the elevator was hydraulic instead of using a cable. But I'll tell you what, it was making all kinds of weird noises and it kind of creeped me out! It didn't sound right. I didn't really trust it. I wish I could remember what building it was in. It might have been when we lived in Chicago.
