@Pharphain Really, I always assumed that the women who sang "Luna's Boat Song" did this one too since Luna's Japanese VA did both song. Then again, the Japanese tend to have their VA do both the voice and songs while that is almost never true for English VAs.

@TheGreatCandyman She did sing both songs, She sang Wings, Luna's Boat Song (Wind Nocturne), and both songs from Lunar 2: Rondo of Light and Shadow and Lucia's theme. I'm pretty sure Jenny also sang the La la song.

The lyrics in the PSP version are better and they are closer to the Japanese version, but people still have nostalgic value towards the original.

Watching this brings back so many good memories!! I still own the original Sega CD versions of Lunar 1 and 2, as well as the Ghaleon hand puppet^.^ Thanx for posting^.^

Lunar is the 'best' rpg ever created, both 1 and 2 because of its incredible storyline and easy to learn battle system.. not only that the game dives DEEP into almost every important character in the game making you feel like you know them inside to out, and as well, they're is a great number of actually funny jokes in the game. the music is just simply astounding, Noriyuki Iwadare is by far one of the best composers ever. And just to add a little bit more, the FMVs are amazing!

@lanturn I heartily agree. It is really too bad that Sega did such a horrible job of marketing it's RPGs. Lunar trumps any Final Fantasy game. Period. Phantasy Star and Shining Force were also amazing. But instead... Sega pushed Sonic... can you imagine what a Lunar would be like with today's technology? If there was as many Lunars as there were Final Fantasy games?

Ah, the games I loved in the days of my youthful naivete. ;_;

The cheesy english-ized version of the japanese song doesn't really seem to stand the test of time, but the game is still one of my favorites of all time. I wish RPGs today could occasionally fall back on this kind of simple, sweet storyline with likable characters instead of trying to be cutting edge. (probably does not come out like I'd like it to, but fux the youtube character limit).

You have to buy it online. The game will be 10 years only in a year (produced in 1999, and in 2009 it'll be a decade old). So you're essentially not gonna find it stores (well main stream stores) Online is really the only place to look and its EXPENSIVE- a new copy-unopened is rare and will cost you around 150.00 dollars (US). I checked.
