#28: A phenomenal composer, but he shouldn't outrank Beethoven. A

#27: His methods were questionable, but he did rule most of Europe at one time. My history professor is a big fan of Napoleon. A+

#26: Again, an awesome composer and a true musical genius, but he shouldn't outrank Beethoven. A
