@SOUTHWESTENZ: Interesting. However I think has more to do with a new type of gamer. Nowadays it's story before gameplay, cooperative multiplayer before competitive multiplayer, and in terms of music: Atmosphere before melody.

I don't like this development. And yet this new type of gamer calls himself hardcore...

@SOUTHWESTENZ: I'd say SF4 is old school and I also like the music. Okay, mostly because they are remixes of classics, but there are some great new ones, too.

Especially volcanic rim from Street Fighter 4 and the laboratory theme from Super Street Fighter 4.

It's a shame though there's still no sign of a PC release of Super Street Fighter 4.

I'd even be happy about a Wii version. If the hardware is too weak, they could use sprites and 2D backgrounds. ;)

@SOUTHWESTENZ: I have Tatsunoko vs Capcom - great game (although I still prefer SF4).

The 3DS is getting its Super Street Fighter 4 and I believe, the Wii is slightly more powerful.

Maybe we can hope for a port, but I wouldn't bet on it.
