they say corn and soybean based........................meaning a majortiy petroleum product............a bit of soy. They do not make an open cell that is a majority soy, just an ingredient for sales. What time on Sunday morning?
I wish I could be dumb enough to beleive that there are gains in PAYING TO COOL YOUR ATTIC!!! 1. Air exchange rates in the typical attic are nothing compared to your "device". 1xchange/hour is normal!!!!
2. There is an air barrier on the underside of insulation, this has been required for decades.
3. Now, you share air with your gas furnace and or water heater......YAY.
4. For less than the cost of R-20 open cell insulation, you could install fiberglass loose-fill to r-60! Crook.
Good questions! I have contacted the manufacturer of the foam, and Streetman Homes and asked them to respond. In addition, we are going to address your very questions, live on our radio program Sunday morning on ESPN Austin. I invite you to call in and be a guest and pose your questions on the air.
