After watching The Man Who cycled The Americas I was inspired to ride my new bike from Pattaya to Bangkok [140kms] so I could get an idea of what he had achieved. What a guy and what a nice man too. Thanks for the latest posting and I am now planning my next adventure.
Started reading the book and couldn't put it down and very happy to be able to watch all 8 episodes here on youtube.
Cycling The Americas is on my Christmas wish list + and new bike, so I am looking forward to reading the book and taking on the challenge of cycling from the Spanish/French border to Rome. Thank you for sharing your journey.
What an amazing story,i am sorry to read however that another guy took it from him, maybe someday he will try it again..I cycled from Ireland to Valencia in Spain and found that soo tough,i cant imagine how this would feel to even try..Thanks for uploading it..Peace
Thanks for your comment - i thought he was still held the world record for this but another guy did it quicker Vin Cox from Devon - Mark must have been gutter when it was taken from him - ive watch these videos a few times and he did an awesome jobs - the narration is good too - if ever I feel a bit down i watch this and it gives me the lift I need :)
