Im seriously considering this, my only niggling worry is that as i was cut very tight & have very little to no foreskin remnant, will it be worth doing? My glans should improve, but without sensetive inner foreskin left, will it be irritating more than pleasureable? ty :)

Using a Tugger adds about 45 seconds to every trip to the toilet. A pee-through device is possible but it's messy. You wouldn't like it.
