Yes, it makes sense. Some species of lizards actually have green blood pigments.

Reptile isn't the only character to bleed green blood in the games though. They mainly gave them green blood to show they are not human and or not from Earthrealm.

Yes, Reptile and Khameleon were originally from Earthrealm. They fled to Zaterra during the war between the Edler Gods. Shao Kahn invaded Zaterra and merged it with Outworld destorying most of the Saurians. I'm aware of the story.

I liked the Mortal Kombat 4 versions of Reptile because in the same game we had one version that was blatantly reptilian (half-lizard and half-man) and other version that was more like the MK2 version (green-dressed stealthy martial artist).

Definitely my favorite character from MK2, followed by Scorpion, Baraka and Sub-Zero.

Jax is awesome hes not gay. He's got tha awesome muay thai fighting style and hes got the awesome ground pound move. I think that the creators should of gave Reptile the appearance of a Komodo Dragon in Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance. That would make him cooler. But he is still cool the way he looks though. I just think giving him a Komodo Dragon look would of fitted better.

The Original Reptile was one of my favorite characters. He died for me after MK Trilogy. In MK Gold his look is the worst.
