  • @Jaycutler129 I think it def builds your gastrocnemius muscle on each leg. That muscle is what people call their "calf" muscle.

  • i start the gym 1 year and a half at 400 pounds (i take 70 pounds in 6 month after being stab so i was always a fat man but 400 was too much) i start with your workout (back, chest, bicep, tricep, shoulders, legs etc..) and after a year and a half last week i see 299 on the balance .. i lost 101 pounds after 1 year and a half and i just want to say thank you for the tips and the motivation now i do 6 days/week at gym and its like a drug i can't stop it anymore and i loved that so thanks Scott

  • @jissyk1111 15 is a great age to start deadlifting. Just make sure you spend enough time learning proper form for the DL with light weights. It is one of the most result producing exercises ever devised and should be a part of nearly everyone's routine. Not that you need any more at 15, but get ready for some nice boost to your GH and Test levels.

  • For people saying 'why didnt you demonstrate the tricep dip' it's because the iron gym is useless for dips.. Not a big enough range of motion. Just use 2 chairs!

  • Thanks Scott, Now I know much more applications with my Iron Gym. I thought they are only 4 exercises but you showed us about 10.

    Why you didn't do Sit up, or the dip to make it 12?

  • Nice variety of exercises, but it works different for different weight classes. Let's see a guy between 170-250 use it because it's supposed to be able to hold 300lbs. Also, he didn't mention that it is wise to stretch for at least 5 mins. before working out. One more thing, if your walls are painted white the Iron Gym will leave black scuff marks and indentations on and around the door frame.

  • @cr8zykill3r lots of cardio, eat well, lower ur carb, fat and calorie intake and you're on a surefire way to lose weight. u cant spot reduce fat using weight machines at a gym, however weight training increases metabolism and the more muscle you have the more energy u use up maintaining that muscle. the best form of cardio is HIIT interval training and hill sprints.

  • i do 25 pull-ups (5 in each position) then 25 push-ups, and 40 crunches. every morning. been doing this for about 1 1/2 months and i'm ripped, with my upper body that is. (and ab's in case that doesn't count as upper body.)

  • @Charlie1821 Yeah, they are kind of similar to explosive / clapping push ups. Good way to burn your chest though.

  • Good advices. I am well motivated and love to work out anywhere, but many find it hard to get the motivation to work out home. I like my luxury spa gym, with the high motivation i got i am happy to work out also at home or anywhere, and the multi-trapets is great to bring on the trip.
