I love to apply my lipstick over my gloss as well. I don't usually bother with a liner. Have you ever tried the YSL Volupe' Sheer Candy Glossy Lip Balms? They are so fantastic!!! They are so moisturizing and glossy with great color payoff. Andy you just can't beat the pretty and glamorous packaging of YSL! I am so hooked on them right now!!

I think you would really like MAC angel lipstick paired with MAC ample pink lipgloss. It's a muted pink look. (Also the combo that Kim Kardashian wears if that has any pull.)
