My female Pyr once found a zip-lock bag of french fries. She ate the whole thing, bag included! 2 days later she pooped it out - completely wrapped! LOL
My dog is an idiot as well. I have to watch him like a hawk. He eats pills, slugs, snails, bees, plastic, dryer sheets, lint, toilet paper, kleenex, coins, mail, soap, poop, barf, styrofoam, socks, god I can't even remember the rest. He's 2 and he's been doing it his whole life.
my german shepherd ate a teddy bear and it came out other end fully intact...my golden retriever swallowed a golf ball!they thought it was hilarious when i got the $400 vet bill
This hits very close to home with me. My good friend has a Boxer named Chloe. Chloe likes to eat underwear, earrings and necklaces. In fact, the first time an item was removed from Chloe's stomach (Yes...there were several more episodes) the Vet thought it was a diamond pair of earrings. Little did he know that it was actually a pair of underwear that had rhinestone edging!! My friend has taken every precaution known to Man, and things have certainly gotten better.
