@maplestory862 it is an Item you can equip if you have a fre slot - you also have to craft it in the shop - rather hard to find the materials for it X_x'

The song does play in the game if Ieyasu and Mitsunari are fighting. You also can let this song play in the game if you equip a special Item on your weapons (a music-instrument, just don't know which it was...).
