Daron was an amazing guitarist, not as much an amazing vocalist. I would've been perfectly happy if Daron stayed with purely back-up vocals, but it almost got to a point where Daron was drowning out Serj's hard work with his shrieking voice. Serj was definitely the heart of System of a Down.
