Having the foreskin removed isn't inhumane. In fact it helps from infancy to adulthood with hygiene, makes it easier to stop physical signs of STDs in males and as you see, anethesia is used so the person doesn't feel it

in the philippines when i ot circumcised (when i was 14) then didnt removed the foreskin... what they did was the first cut then they sew it up... i think its better that way that completely getting it rid off the body

It's wrong to remove the foreskin in any case, unless an adult male wants the surgery and gets it under his own free will.

@carabas2012 Boys cannot be ethically diagnosed with phimosis. The foreskin sometimes remains fused to the glans until puberty and even into the teens. Once the natural fusion has relased, enlarging of the opening to permit retraction can be accomplished by gentle stretching which is done by the young man himself. There is never a need to circumcise a young man. Never.
