  • u should try out for the olympiks

  • @tobytoffie It's not nearly that simple unfortunately -__- I'm nowhere near good enough

  • fair enough nath i have to say i very much like this video, its made me think about the option of making one more like this (post arm recovery) instead of a sampler as my first big video

  • Dude, your tumbling is amazing! Do you think you could give any tips on spinning faster or just spinning period. I used to be able to do fulls on the trampoline, but I never knew what I was doing. Now that I actually try and want to do it I've lost them completely. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

  • @Slimswagga69 Thanks :) Check out my twisting in flips tutorial

  • amazing! you and Jesusdragon737 are my favourite YouTube flipping accounts! subbing now :)

  • this is really cool!

  • I agree, all flips are SOOOOO clean

  • btw how big is that trampoline?

  • Just noticed, that you are awesome..^^

Your flips are just soo clean.

You are in a tumbling club or something right?

    subbed

  • @Phill21994 Thanks! I do gymnastics and trampolining at a club. The trampoline is 12ft diameter; I recommend a slightly bigger one if you're thinking of getting one

  • allright, I also thought of getting a 14ft one, but I need agreement with my parents, that's tough :-(

    - I also posted a question to your straddleplanche vid ;)

    best luck

Is a double backflip hard? Or do you think I can get messed up when trying one?^^

  • Damn you are good, nathan.

  • hey im 14 now and im not in the best of shape (lol) anway ive recently done gymnastics at school and i luv it. I also love trampolining and want o start going to clubs. Do you mind me asking how old you were when u started and could i get as good as you if i really tried?

  • hey i hate trampolining now cause i always seem to stuff up my spins and lose confidence every so often. sometimes i freak out in the air and can't control how many spins i do. how do i stop this habit and open out when ive done the spin because i do extra spins almost automatically now. please give me tips thanks

  • @chrisrox112 I know EXACTLY what you mean, I get the same problems, I much prefer grass tumbling. I'm afraid I have no tips other than to just maybe give yourself a few weeks to work on easier stuff and regain your confidence

  • I loove your double full <33

  • @KrisAkro he started at 11 :)

  • Damn, i wish that maybe someday i have trampoline which can bounce me like that.

  • he probably does gymnastics, i know a person who can do that on the ground

  • Wow THE i dont now hiw they called it in english bur that thing with THE frontflip after it was awesome o n grass!! Your talented!!

  • Hey, could you do a tutorial on how to 'clean up' moves? like the pike back and the biranis where you open up really early, just that everything looks better when it's done well, but i don't actually know how to do it well :/

  • @gymshiv I won't do a tut on that, cos all it requires is an ability to do the mmove normally with plenty of height and cntrol. Once you have that, you must try to hold the shape for a short amount of time before pushing your body straight as early as you can.

  • Sick man, I loved the Trampoline stuff and the front tumbling! You never see enough front tumbling

  • Aww it's so heartbreaking lol but at least i can try something .. Thx =]

  • that is so skillful!

  • oooo ic your awsome at it keep it up :p I wanted to gymnastics from a kid but i didn't (long story) =[ but i'm wondering i could still get into it and be as good as u are i'm 19 now >;l

  • @Tyghter16 hmm, its never too late to start, but at 19 don't expect to get really good. You could be good at the apparatus I suppose, because strength increases with age

  • Where did you learn to do this from?? Did you learn from a kid or did u start from a teenager??

  • @Tyghter16 I started gymnastics aged 11, I am 17 now

  • Nice, but for aesthetics purpose i think you should stop getting arms up like a gymnast. If you don't it makes you look much more relaxed. Gymnastics is cool, but unnecessary stuff like that makes it look back. (i'm talking about keeping arms up only because your what you got (or seem to have gotten) from gymnastics looks really cool except the little detail i'm talking about).

  • As you were telling me the other day about the baby flip, I really am impressed with what I saw just now. Very tidy tricks also and a good polish off was your back 720 to end the video. Now all you need is those whip backs leading on to other tricks. Cool choice of music too.

I have got way too many exams on in the time of the competition. I am not sacrificing some of the only revision time to do a shitty comp. So I won't be doing to comp.

  • @Domkingofsk8 Good for you :P I probably will do it but i won't stay long! And thanks :D

  • loooved it! GREAT TUMBLING

  • Really liked the video... differs from the usual kinds you see around the place :)

I can learn from your lineouts , I was kinda surprised to see how much you travelled in backwards moves, ah well... fantastic video :)

(all ireland qualifier 16th of may, so nervous :O)

  • @Shufffless Yeah I know, i do lean back on my backward moves, I'm working on it though. Glad you liked it, and good luck for the 16th!!

  • I think maybe with some harder moves you could try out for cirque du soleil

  • @Tiny1408 Haha that would be amazing but I'm not sure :)

  • good job jasp, the tweak in the middle of 1:12 looks sweetttt.

i think you should mix it up a bit tho. maybe wear a poncho sometimes or do it with an umbrella in your hand, pherhaps strap howie to your back? i don't know but you should definitely take these considerations into account. i will be expecting at least two of them in your next video/sampler

i know you'll make the right desicion.......

  • @fredsk877 Just for you Fred :D

  • nice double full!

  • thats awesome dude =]

love your form its so good! :P

  • amazing clean stuff man! i liked the double full at the end! and also at 1:46 ive never seen that before! im out of action because i ruptured my achilles tendon :( have you ever done that?

  • @chrisrox112 Oh yeah, baby fliff is pretty easy but not many people do them. I have never ruptured my achilles, but I've had my fair share of sprains in my wrists and ankl;es, best to just rest it for a couple of weeks man, you don't wanna make it worse

  • dude,

    you're insaine!

    i only just started tumbling!

i wish i could do what you do!

could you by chance do a front-handspring into a roundoff back-handspring tutorial?

i have my front hand-spring and round off back-handspring on the dead floor,

it's just conneccting the two tricks i can figure out!

    thanks much,

    YOU'RE AWESOME! :D

  • @RoxieLouBird Thanks so much, although a tutorial for this combo would bhe kinda pointless. just get a good handspring stepout, then try and go straight into a cartwheel. When you feel you have enogh power, make it a roundoff and stick a bhs on the end :P good luck

  • very nice man! i didn't expect a double full at the end, it was very clean tho :)

  • amazing man! :D so clean yet so much power! :)

  • if i could do this shit, it's all i would do all day every day

  • bgood job on drilling all proper techhniquue. props.

  • Holy crap nice, that double full at the end damn near blew my mind!

  • very impressive man! nice form! where's the fliff?

  • @InsanelyFlipped hmm, not tried at home yet, i think I'm ready though :P In fact, i will do it this week, wish me luck haha

  • Wow! I love the tumbling, its awesome!!

  • omg nice standing full!!!!!!

  • Fuuuu man! That was soo amazing! Everything was so clean and awesome! Well done man, can't wait for the 2010 sampler!

  • Really nice and clean. Respect for your twisting speed.

I still find it quite hard to twist fast, but I'm getting into it. (I learned it from your tutorial btw :)

  • Nice! Liked the form and technicality! and fuck me the front handspring front straight was impressive! i don't think ive ever seen anyone do that on grass before!

  • @AxTraceur Thanks man, glad u picked up on that skill I was really pleased with that one :D

  • @AxTraceur Thanks man, glad u picked up on that skill I was really pleased with that one :D

  • You are TOO amazing :) :)

  • Oh man..

    soo clean..

    simply awesome..

Can you do a tutorial for cody, cause yourse are so amazing!!

    Would be to awesome!!

  • @highdivefreak Thank you soo much, but i already have a cody tutorial :P check it out

  • nice doublefull!

  • Great work! Sweet tumbling you have there, looks like you started on grass before the real tumbling. (:

  • awesome stuff man, loved the double full at the end, very clean :) also the back flicks were sick, so much power :)

  • @stayfanlollipop Thanks dude :D

  • Ahhh yesss you got doublefulls now! I am happy for you!!

  • @kyleskelly123 Cheers man, nothing for you now though you little pro haha :P Yeah they're pretty easy :)

  • nice video :D good build up of skills, wish i was this good. would you say learn a backflip before a backhandspring or other way around?

  • @zizio101 I learned back tucks first, most gymnast will learn bhs first. However, the two skills are very different, as long as you keep the techniques very seperate and don't practice them both at the same time, it doesn't really matter

  • @natcomber13 also i find it difficult to front drop on a trampoline, it seems to hurt, any tips?

  • @zizio101 You are probably landing wrong, land on your chest NOT your arms

  • Amazing. :D

    [LIKE] :D

  • Dammit ney you cant have randys that clean! Its not right! Sick video, i like the tumbling :D

  • @GRAVISPK14 haha thanks very much, my randi's are pretty good but not at all consistent :P

  • Could you describe the kicking out thing for the earlier flips? I do not really understand how it works but it seems simple.

  • @tub48959 yeah it is quite easy, but you need to be able to do it normally with A LOT of power. You just do the tuck/pike for a split second and then almost immediately kick aggressivel;y out and push your hips forwards so you body is straight. You should kick out when you are compleetly upside down, I am slightly late on most of my moves

  • @natcomber13 Next question: does this help do something or is it for looks

  • @tub48959

    It makes you feel totally satisfied and free (;

  • @tub48959 It is the peoper trampoline technique, but it doesn't make the move any easy, it just looks better

  • your form in twisting is amazing man

  • nice vid =] but i cant do fronthandsprings very well =/ any tips?

  • @PicklesOfWar thanks :) erm, keep your shoulder angle open and push off the ground straight away. Arch your back as you come up and try to keep your legs straight. I might do a tutorial actually :P

  • @natcomber13 thank you, should be helpfull but ill try and learn it next time i go to the gym if you dont make it before wednesday
