On alterIWnet (PC) there's already a one-in-the-chamber mode in MW2 but lags are worse then ever before when you have only one bullet. And the gun game is available in modded lobbies but if join a game late you're fucked because everyone is running around with SMGs and Shotguns while you have to start with a crappy USP .45. I think those problems will apply on BlackOps too.
